Nokia 888 - A New Concept Cellphone

Designed By:

This is Nokia's answer to Apple's i-Phone.

The Nokia 888 is a bracelet-like concept mobile phone. Its so compact that you could bend it, roll it, mould it to any shape & even strap it like a wrist watch.

The design of the Nokia 888 communicator is highly adaptive. It can change its form according to your needs during the day. It can sense your touch and teach itself (artificial Intelligence).

The Nokia888 will possess E-motions… It means electronical motions. You can send and receive e-motions to friends. You can send a heart shape to your girlfriend, so her telephone turns into an icon of heart.

Technologies employed:

It uses:
  • Liquid Batterries
  • Speech Recognition
  • Flexible touch screen
  • Touch sensitive body cover

Its potential features include an alarm clock, PDA, GPS, phone, push email receiver, digital wallet and, of course, jewelry.
It won the Benelux design contest in 2005. It indeed is the cellphone of the future.
